Important Guarantee Information

Although we do our best to check all of our products during production and transportation stages, we are aware that perfection is not of this world and accept that every now and again a product fault may occur. Should a product you receive present a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team straight away to arrange a replacement. If the product you purchased is out of stock or no longer in production, you will be offered a similar product or one of equivalent value. Terms and Conditions

We strive to design and bring to market kitchenware of the best possible quality, which is why the majority of our products are backed with a generous guarantee. You can find details about each product’s guarantee on the product listing page. You don’t need to register your guarantee, but we advise you keep proof of purchase (such as a receipt or an online order confirmation) that shows the date you bought the product. Should you experience any problems within the first 12 months, please contact your point of purchase; thereafter you can get in touch with our Customer Service team to receive support.

When purchasing one of our items, we strongly suggest reading all product information, including the care and use instructions (where applicable). Our brand guarantees do not cover damage resulting from:

• Acceptable normal wear and tear;
• Accidental damage;
• Negligence or abuse;
• Failure to follow our care and use instructions;
• Scratches, stains or discoloration;

Our guarantees cover normal domestic use only.
